Synopsis

The organizational climate (OC) is the set of perceptions that the members of an organization have about the work environment in which they operate; It is the way in which a company's employees perceive the structure and processes of the organization, as well as its policies, procedures, leadership and culture, to this are added those elements that affect the senses and emotions, as well as the motivations and psychological stimulations.
Economically, a CO whose objective is to encourage teamwork, permanence in the market, and organizational supremacy, will always achieve such goals with a group of people who are more focused on their work and being more efficient, This is stimulated from the organization through the variables that intervene in OC such as motivation, job satisfaction, culture, human talent management and effective leadership.
On the other hand, GpR (GpR) is a managerial-administrative model that focuses on the achievement of specific objectives, based on the idea that the organization must provide employees with the resources and support that they need to achieve results. , since they are your responsibility.
CO is a key factor for any company to successfully achieve GpR, since it contributes to employees being motivated, committed and productive. On the contrary, a negative CO causes demotivation, absenteeism and low productivity in workers, that is, it affects and disturbs the responsibility that employees could develop to achieve results. This topic is widely addressed in this work and scientific research is presented that demonstrates its relationship.
