Entrepreneurship management: Catalyst of growth in microenterprises
Keywords:
entrepreneurship management, Business Growth, microenterprisesSynopsis
Entrepreneurship and the creation of new businesses represent a key driver of the economy, innovation and social progress. However, conceiving and launching a new venture involves significant challenges and risks that require adequate management from the early stages. In this context, this book seeks to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship management and the growth of microbusinesses. Three fundamental dimensions of entrepreneurship management are addressed: the business model, business strategy and business performance. It analyzes how these dimensions are linked to the growth of microenterprises, measured through indicators such as profitability, market share and sales. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, applying questionnaires to a representative sample of microentrepreneurs.
